Self catered studio apartment 29 m² with a balcony facing south, accommodates up to 4 people. On the fifth floor with central lift.Living area with table, sofa bed, storage and television.
Kitchen area with vitroceramic hobs, microwave, fridge and dishwasher.

- Sleeping alcove: one set of bunk beds (2 persons).
- Living-room: one set of pull-out beds (2 persons).

RENTAL CONDITIONS :
Bed linen included from 15/12 to 15/04 for short winter stays.
Bed linen is not included for all year round stays.
